Set up the device: Lay the flexible electronic muscle stimulation (EMS) foot mat flat on the floor and plug the main control pod into the designated snaps on the mat.
Power on: Press and hold the power or mode button on the control unit until the indicator lights or screen turn on.
Place your bare feet: Rest both clean, bare feet directly onto the
conductive pad areas on the mat. (EMS mats generally require bare skin contact to complete the micro-current circuit). The mat works when both feet is on the mat.
Choose a mode and intensity: Cycle through the preset massage modes using the mode button, then use the "+" and "-" buttons to raise or lower the intensity level to a comfortable buzz. Always start at the lowest Level “1” and increase when comfortable.
Relax during the session: Let the device run for its preset cycle—usually 15 to 20 minutes—before it shuts off automatically, then wipe the mat clean with a damp cloth.
